Prepare an eternal classic with us – pizza, but in a gluten free way using Bakin ’Mix mixes.
Ingredients:
- 330g Bread&Pizza
- 10g of salt
- 5g of dry yeast
- 60ml of olive oil
- 200ml of lukewarmn water
Priprema:
- Put flour, yeast, salt and olive oil in a larger bowl.
- Gradually add warm water. Mix with a mixer until all the ingredients are combined. Transfer the dough to the work surface and pour a little bit of olive oil over the dough and knead with your hands.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes. When the dough is ready, roll it out with your hands to the desired thickness and add toppings.
- Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 250 degrees.
