Although our Grandma is an expert in preparing the finest sweet snacks, salty dishes are not foreign to her either. She has prepared a mixture for you to prepare bread, pastries, pizza dough and other savory delicacies. And all that gluten free! With this mixture, you too can become a real baker – with Bakin’ mix, you will only need a little bit of yeast, warm water, extra virgin olive oil and salt.   1. In a large bowl mix the following ingredients: 500 g of flour, 12 g of fresh yeast or 4 g of dry yeast, 440 ml of lukewarm water, 10 g of extra virgin olive oil, 10g of salt.
  2. Mix with a mixer for 5 minutes until the dough gets smooth.
  3. Leave the dough in a well-oiled bowl to double it.
  4. Transfer the dough to a work surface sprinkled with flour and knead it by hand.
  5. Bread: shape bread or pastries of the same size, then transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rise. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Pizza: spread the dough on a sheet coated with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise. Add desired toppings on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven to 220 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.

Brownies

What to do when we really, really need something chocolatey?

Grandma says – her mix for homemade gluten-free brownies! With Bakin Mix Brownies, you’ll only need a little more butter and a couple of eggs – and you probably already have it all in your fridge!

Mix, pour into a mold and bake – your chocolate treat is ready until you say brownie!

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (hot air oven) or 160 °C (electric oven).
  2. Put the cake mixture in a bowl and add 175 g of melted butter and 130 g of eggs (2-3 eggs).
  3. Mix with a mixer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Every day is a good day to enjoy a cake! When there is a desire for something sweet, when you need comfort or when you want to share it with friends – sometimes there are simply moments in life when you urgently need a chocolate cake! Do you also want a gluten-free version?

You will need Bakin Mix Cacao cake, oil or butter and a couple of eggs. The mixture then goes into the mold, the mold goes into the oven, and soon the finished cake will find its way to a happy stomach.

  3. Mix with a mixer for about 3 minutes on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cake baking mold. Bake for about 50 minutes.
  5.  Let it rest in the mold for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool.

  5. Roll out the dough and shape the biscuits.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet, previously coated with butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
