Who doesn’t love these cute and tasty sweets? Everybody wants to get their hands on them (and dolphins their finns!)

Preparation is quick and easy, and the taste is rich and invigorating, perfect for all those with a sweet tooth. It has never been easier to prepare a gluten-free version. Besides Bakin’ Mix flour mixture, the other ingredients necessary for the preparation are oil or butter and eggs. Blueberries or other berries are also optional, but very recommended.

sugar, rice flour, corn starch, emulsifiers: E475, E433, humectant: E420, leavening agents: E450i, E500ii, thickeners: E412, E466, acidity regulator: E575, flavors, salt.

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (hot air oven) or 170 °C (electric oven).
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add 145 g of vegetable oil (for a lactose-free recipe) or 145 g of melted butter (for a standard recipe) and 220 g of eggs (4-5 eggs).
  3. Mix with a mixer for about 3 minutes on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and dense.
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let them rest in the mold for 5 minutes, then take them out on a wire rack to cool.
