Making your own gluten-free bread can sometimes be a challenge – but Bakin’ Mix is here to help!
Ingredients:
- 500g Bakin mix Bread&Pizza
- 4g of dry yeast
- 440 ml of lukewarm water
- 10g of olive oil
- 10f of salt
Priprema:
1. In a larger bowl, add flour, salt, dry yeast and olive oil.
2. Gradually add warm water and mix with a mixer.
3. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
4. Transfer the dough to the work surface.
5. Put a little olive oil on the dough and mix briefly.
6. Shape the bread and transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
7. Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
8. Bake the bread at 190 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the strength of the oven.
