If the clock on the oven is the only setting you know how to set on this device, don’t worry, Grandma will help you with preparation! To make the crunchiest gluten-free cookies, you will need Bakin’ Mix, oil or butter and eggs. You can’t go without chocolate? Enrich the mixture with pieces of that dark dessert. Everything is allowed!

- Preheat the oven to 150 °C (hot air oven) or 160 °C (electric oven).
- Put the cookie mixture in a bowl and add 120 g of vegetable oil (for a lactose-free recipe) or 160 g of butter (for a standard recipe).
- Mix with a mixer for about 2 minutes until you get crumbs. Add pieces of chocolate if desired.
- Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix until the desired consistency. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and shape the biscuits.
- Transfer to a baking sheet, previously coated with butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
