- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (hot air oven) or 170 °C (electric oven).
- Put the mixture in a bowl and add 120 g of vegetable oil (lactose-free recipe) or 120 g of melted butter (standard recipe) and 200 g of eggs (3-4 eggs).
- Mix with a mixer for about 3 minutes on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and dense.
- Pour the mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let rest in the mold for 5 minutes, then take out on a wire rack to cool.
- Decorate with frosting as preferred.
