Apple pie
Bakin’ Mix and apples will create an irresistible combination that will satisfy everyone’s palate. Make gluten-free apple pie with us!
Ingredients:
- 210 g of Bakin' Mix Bread & Pizza + 40g for flouring the work surface
- 100 g of cold butter
- 1 egg
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- For the filling:
- 400 g grated apples
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Priprema:
- In a larger bowl, put flour and sugar and then stir it together. Add butter and egg.
- Knead the dough. While the dough slowly becomes compact, continue to knead until the dough is completely combined.
- Knead the dough briefly on a floured work surface. Divide the dough into two parts. Put one part of the dough in the freezer to make it easier to grate it later and press the other part into the mold.
- Coat the mold with a little bit of butter and press the dough into the mold. Spread the dough evenly.
- Prepare the filling.
- Put grated apples, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Put the filling on the dough and spread it.
- Grate the dough that was in the freezer and spread grated dough evenly.
- Coat the ends of the dough with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes depending on the power of the oven.
- Cool the pie and dust it with powdered sugar if desired.
