Bake with grandma
Apple strudel
Prepare a fine and juicy apple strudel with your Bakin’ Mix, the smell of which will take you back to your childhood! In summer, add ice cream to the strudel and you will get a delicious dessert that will cool you down in an instant.
Ingredients:
- 270 g Bakin mix Bread&Pizza
- 190 ml of warm water
- 20 g of tapioca
- 100 ml of oil
- pinch of salt
Priprema:
1. In a larger bowl, add flour, tapioca and a pinch of salt. Stir all the dry ingredients.
2. Add oil and warm water, stir everything well to combine the ingredients.
3. Transfer the dough to the work surface and knead it.
4. Divide the dough into four parts and knead it again briefly.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for a while.
Prepare the filling.
6. Put grated apples, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Do not drain the apples in order to give extra juiciness to the strudel. Mix everything well.
7. Roll out the dough and put it on the well floured work surface.
8. Place the filling on each rolled out dough. Roll it inside out and place it in a mold lined with baking paper.
9. Score the dough and coat it with a little bit of oil.
10. Bake at 200 °C, for the period of 30 to 35 min.
