Bake with grandma
Burger buns
In this recipe, we reveal to you how to make juicy and soft burger buns, which are also gluten-free.
Ingredients:
- 400g of Bakin' mix Bread & Pizza
- 30 g of quinoa flour
- 200 ml of lukewarm water
- 300 g of lean cottage cheese
- 20 g of tapioca
- 7 g of yeast
- 60 ml of oil
- 8 g of salt
Priprema:
1. In a large bowl, stir with a spoon the following ingredients: flour, tapioca, salt, yeast, cottage cheese and oil.
2. Add warm water and mix all ingredients with a mixer.
3. Take the dough out on a work surface dusted with flour, add olive oil and knead it with your hands.
4. Leave the dough at room temperature to rise for 30 minutes.
5. When the dough is ready, divide it into 5 equal balls and shape them into buns.
6. Coat the buns with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 to 30 minutes.
