Chocolate cake with mascarpone cream
Surprise your family with this simple and delicious chocolate cake with mascarpone. The biscuit is made from Bakin’ Mix Cacao cake and is ready in the blink of an eye.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of Bakin' mix Cacao cake
- 120 g of butter
- 3 - 4 eggs
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 80 g of sugar
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Nocciolata hazelnut spread
Priprema:
- Put Bakin’ mix in a bowl and add eggs and melted butter.
- Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170 degrees, 40 to 45 minutes.
- While the biscuit base is baking, prepare a cream of mascarpone cheese.
- Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream and add it to the mascarpone.
- Divide the cream and add the hazelnut spread in one part and stir everything well.
- When the biscuit base of the cake is cooled, cut it evenly in half.
- Arrange a row of biscuit base, followed by a row of cream.
- Coat the cake with cream and put it in the fridge for a few hours to thicken the cream.
