Bake with grandma

Focaccia
So that you do not have to think about what you’re going to eat at work, we suggest preparing a gluten-free focaccia using our Bakin’ Mix Bread&Pizza.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of Bakin' Mix Bread & Pizza 400 g + 20 g for flouring the surface
- 70 ml of olive oil + for coating
- 350 ml of lukewarm water
- 5 g of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
Priprema:
- In a larger bowl put flour, dry yeast, salt and olive oil.
- Gradually add warm water and mix with a mixer until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and mix it briefly.
- Let the dough rise for 20 min.
- Put olive oil on the dough and shape it into a focaccia.
- Garnish with mini tomatoes and peppers.
- Bake at 180 °C for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the power of the oven.
