Focaccia

So that you do not have to think about what you’re going to eat at work, we suggest preparing a gluten-free focaccia using our Bakin’ Mix Bread&Pizza.

Ingredients:

Priprema:

  1. In a larger bowl put flour, dry yeast, salt and olive oil.
  2. Gradually add warm water and mix with a mixer until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and mix it briefly.
  4. Let the dough rise for 20 min.
  5. Put olive oil on the dough and shape it into a focaccia.
  6. Garnish with mini tomatoes and peppers.
  7. Bake at 180 °C for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the power of the oven.
